Josef Zámečník

Josef Zámečník studied at Prague Conservatory and then at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. His professional career started in the Karlin Musical Theatre and followed at the Film Symphony Orchestra in Prague, actually he regularly co-operates with orchestra Praga Sinfonietta. Besides of his pedagogical activities he is regularly co-operating by CD records, e.g. with Arsathius Consord, Musica Florea or Capella Regia Musicalis – here he can put in practice his theoretical studies of authentic interpretation of Baroque music.
