Terms and Conditions

Arcibiskupství Pražské, Hradčanské náměstí 56/16, Hradčany, 11800 Prague 1, ID No.: 00445100, VAT No.: CZ699006518, registered with the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic in the Register of Registered Legal Entities (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), for the sale of tickets at the sales point located at the ticket office of St Nicholas Church, Malostranské náměstí, 118 00 Malá Strana, Prague (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”).

  1. Introductory provisions

These Terms and Conditions regulate mutual rights and obligations arising between the contracting parties in connection with, or on the basis of, a purchase contract concluded between the Seller and another natural person or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Visitor”).

The Seller reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions. Rights and obligations arising during the validity of the previous wording of these Terms and Conditions shall remain unaffected by this provision.

By purchasing a ticket, the Visitor undertakes to comply with these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions are binding upon both contracting parties.

  1. Ticket Purchase and Complaints Conditions

The Visitor may purchase tickets for a concert or a tour at the ticket office of St Nicholas Church, Malostranské náměstí, 118 00 Malá Strana, Prague (hereinafter referred to as the “Ticket Office”) and pay by cash or credit/debit card.

The ticket will be provided to the Visitor in physical form. Each ticket is unique and provides one-time entry. Concert ticket is valid solely to the concert specified on the ticket; the ticket cannot be used for entry to any other concert.

Purchased tickets are non-refundable.
Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged, not even in case of damage, loss, or theft, and no refund or compensation will be provided.

The Visitor is obliged to check all details on the ticket immediately upon purchase (including price category); later complaints will not be accepted.

The ticket must not be copied or modified in any way. A modified or copied ticket is invalid, and the Visitor holding such a ticket will not be admitted to the concert or to the tour and no compensation will be provided.

If the Visitor does not arrive at the venue on time, the organizer may deny entry to the concert. In such a case, the Visitor has no right to a refund of the ticket price.

In the event that the concert for which the ticket was purchased is cancelled, the Seller is obliged, upon the Visitor’s request, to refund the ticket price. In such a case, the Seller shall refund the relevant amount without undue delay, provided the Visitor appears at the Ticket Office, and no later than 30 days after receiving the Visitor’s request.

If, after payment by credit/debit card, the Visitor finds that an incorrect amount has been deducted from their account, the Visitor is entitled to lodge a claim only with the bank that issued the payment card not with the seller.

  1. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are drawn up in Czech and English.

In case of conflict between the Czech and English versions, the Czech version takes precedence.

These Terms and Conditions come into force on May 1.2025.
