Falcínková Kateřina

Falcinkova

Kateřina Falcínková studied tourism management and afterwards solo singing at the České Budějovice Conservatoire, where she later became a teacher. She took part in many international courses with famous teachers like H. Franke, I. Wilke, P. Holden, Jürgen Banholzer or Beatriz Lafont. She performs as a guest member with the South Bohemian Theatre. Conductors such as Jan Talich, Vojtěch Spurný or Jan Jakub Bokun have regularly invited her to sing with South Czech Philharmonic. She cooperates with a number of ensembles, such as Hofmusici, Collegium Xaverium, Prague Singers or Vox Novus. Performing during liturgy and concerts at the famous Central Bohemian pilgrim site Svatá Hora (The Holy Mountain) in Příbram is particularly close to her heart, being the region she comes from.
