Šťastný František

František Šťastný has studied the organ at Prague Conservatory and the Academy of Music under the guidance of Prof. Jan Hora and Prof. Jaroslav Vodrážka. In 1990, he participated in the Summer Master Academy in Lübeck, two years later the International Master Courses in Cheb. 1995 – 1998, he was a scholar of Dresdner Akademie für Alte Musik, where he studied the cembalo under the guidance of doc. John Toll. Nowadays, he is a solo-player and a player of continuo in the prominent Czech orchestras (Prague Chamber Philharmonic, Prague Chamber Orchestra) and chamber ensembles (Concerto Praha, Musica Florea). He regularly participates in concerts in the Czech Republic as well as abroad.
